Walk-ins are welcome at Saint City whenever a chair is open. We hold capacity for same-day guests every day of the week, and our live waitlist lets you check current wait times before you make the drive in from Washington, Hurricane, Springdale, or anywhere else in the county.
If you have flexibility on timing, walking in is a great way to experience the shop without committing to a calendar slot. If you're on a tight schedule, a confirmed appointment is always the safer bet — booked guests take priority, and walk-in chair time depends entirely on the day.
How walk-ins work
What to expect when you drop in
When you arrive, check in at the front. We'll quote you a realistic wait time — usually somewhere between twenty and forty minutes, sometimes shorter, occasionally longer on busy Saturdays. You're welcome to wait at the shop (coffee on us), grab something nearby on Sunset Blvd, or step out and come back when we text you.
Walk-in cuts get the same chair time as booked appointments. Same consultation, same hot towel finish, same product. The only difference is that you don't get to pre-pick a barber — you'll get the next available chair. If a specific barber matters, book in advance instead.
Best times to walk in
When the shop has the most capacity
Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday late morning, and Thursday evenings tend to have the most walk-in availability. Saturday mornings book up fastest — by mid-morning, walk-in waits can stretch past an hour. Sunday afternoons are usually wide open, especially after 2:00 PM.
If you're traveling through and your timing is fixed (a Zion trip, a wedding rehearsal, a flight out of Las Vegas), book a guaranteed chair instead of relying on walk-in availability. The booking page shows real-time openings and you'll have a confirmed appointment in under a minute.
Groups & families
When to call ahead
If you're walking in with three or more people — kids, groomsmen, golf trip, family reunion — please call ahead instead of just showing up. We can stage adjacent chairs so the whole group is finished around the same time, and we'd rather plan the schedule than make four people sit through a long wait.
Same goes for kids' cuts when you've got more than one child. Diego is especially patient with first-time cuts and will pace the appointment to the kid, not the clock.
Live waitlist
Check before you drive
We're rolling out a live waitlist that lets you see the current wait time and add yourself remotely so you don't have to physically wait at the shop. When that goes live, this page will show real-time data. For now, a quick call to the shop is the fastest way to confirm you'll get a chair within your window.
