Members also get a members-only chair window each week reserved exclusively for plan-holders, so even on the busiest weeks, you have a path to the chair.

Beyond scheduling, every plan includes a retail discount on the product wall, recurring chair time at a locked-in price, and free or discounted add-ons depending on the tier. Pick the plan that matches your usual cadence and you'll come out ahead within the first month or two.

If you typically come in once a month, The Local is the right tier. If you're in every two weeks (most regulars are), The Regular pays for itself by the second cut and adds the members-only chair window. If you live in a chair — daily or every-few-days touch-ups, weekly fades, frequent beard work — The Insider unlocks unlimited cuts and the deepest retail discount.

Memberships bill monthly on the date you sign up. Unused cuts roll forward up to ninety days so a busy month doesn't waste your benefits. You can pause your plan for up to two months per year for travel, surgery, or anything else life throws at you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no early-termination fees, ever.

If you book ahead and then cancel before your appointment, the visit doesn't count against your monthly cuts as long as you give us twenty-four hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows do count, the same as the standard cancellation policy.
