Booking online is the fastest way to lock in a chair, especially around holidays, the start of the school year, and any week with a destination wedding in southern Utah. If you'd rather book by phone, the shop line is answered during business hours and goes to voicemail after; we return calls the same day.
How the booking flow works
Three taps to a confirmed chair
The flow is built to be fast on a phone — most guests are in and out of the booking page in well under a minute. Pick the service first (haircut, beard trim, hot towel shave, fade, combo, or any of the listed specialties). Pick the barber if you have a preference, or 'first available' if you don't. Pick the time slot from the live calendar. That's it. You'll get an instant email and SMS confirmation with the address, parking notes, and a one-tap link to add the appointment to your calendar.
Reminders go out the day before and a few hours before your appointment, on whichever channel you prefer. If you need to reschedule, the link in the confirmation lets you do it without calling — up to twenty-four hours before your visit, with no fee.

Information we'll ask for
Just the basics: name, phone number, and email. New guests will be asked a few quick questions during the first appointment (hair type, preferred length, anything we should know about scalp sensitivity or recent color), but none of that is required at the booking step. If you've been in before, your profile remembers your preferences so the consultation picks up where the last one left off.
If you're booking for someone else (a kid, a parent, a partner), put the recipient's name on the appointment so the front desk knows who to greet. Guests under twelve count as kids' cuts; guests sixty-five and up qualify for the senior pricing where it applies.
Cancellations & changes
The policy in plain English
Reschedule or cancel up to twenty-four hours before your visit with no charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit on file — that's the only penalty, and it's there to protect the schedule, not to nickel-and-dime regulars. Full details on the cancellation policy page.
If something genuinely came up at the last minute, call the shop. We'd rather work with you than charge a fee. We've moved appointments around for car trouble, weather, sick kids, and ER visits more times than we can count, and the policy exists to handle the patterns, not the people.
Booking from out of town
Travelers, weddings, and visiting guests
If you're driving in from Mesquite, Las Vegas, Cedar City, Salt Lake, or one of the gateway towns into Zion (Springdale, Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville), book ahead and give yourself a fifteen-minute parking buffer. We're directly on Sunset Blvd, next to Quick Quack Car Wash, with free street parking and a public lot one block north. The address pulls up correctly on every major map app.
For wedding parties of four or more, please don't book individual chairs through the public flow. Email or call the shop and we'll stage adjacent chairs, sequence the timing around your photographer, and pre-stage any payment so you're not handling four checkouts during a stressful morning.
