"My husband got his hair and beard done with Michael yesterday evening. He went to him last year when we were in town and we returned this year. This was his second time this month seeing him. It wasn’t perfect a few weeks ago but that’s ok-when you travel full time it’s hard to find good barbers. Anyways, he DESTROYED both my husbands hair and beard. He’s bare skinned all the way up to the top of his ears, hair is short at the front longer at the back, uneven as hell. His beard “shape up” resulted in him looking like he has a sloppy slightly grown out 5 o’clock shadow. Awful!!! It’s going to take an entire month to grow back, nothing to fix this. He did mention that Michael said he was running behind and then there was someone waiting as he got his cut so maybe it was a rush job. Either way, unacceptable."
